Reiki , is by definition the Universal Life Force. Reiki practitioners, have been attuned through a "lineage" all the way back to the founder "Mikao Usui". I have been trained in the Traditional School of Reiki. "The laying on of hands" . The Patient's Chakras are cleared and helped to start moving again. Reiki practitioners manipulate the flow of energy, in the patient, for a healthier flow. During the Treatment, the practitioner may get a sense of what the cause of the illness maybe. The practitioner may share with the patient, what they felt and saw. The goal of all Light & Energy Work is based on, getting to the root cause of a disorder. But, it is up to the patient to use the information shared during the treatment, to work on for a happier & healthier life.

I travel with my table , to the patient(s) home. I smudge the area in which I am going to give the treatment. I also smudge the patient before starting the treatment. I recommend an ionic footbath before a Reiki treatment. To maximize the benefit of the Reiki treatment.

While giving treatments, the Shaman within me may awaken. Helping me on ocassions, by showing me what the deep underlying cause may be to an illness, disorder or injury. I have seen and experienced a part of a person's soul wanting to come back, during a treatment. I shared what I had seen. But, it is the patients responsibliity to heal the injury, by working with the information. Many times during treatments, I get messages. "If" the patient gives permission, I share with them the message.

Treatments , are scheduled for an hour. But, more often than not, it "may" last a little while longer. I do not charge for the additional time. Depending on circumstances.

I recommend an Ionic Foot bath prior to a Reiki Treatment. The footbath is not necessary, but, recommended .

There has been a movement by Modern Western Medicine, toward accepting and recognizing the benefits of Reiki Treatments

Detox Ionic Foot bath :An Ionic Foot bath consists of Seal Salt in very warm water. The warm water helps opens the pores in the Soles of the feet. A coiled probe, will ionize the water and draw out toxins from the body, through the soles. Sessions are recommended 2 days apart. The "coil" is enclosed in acrylic so there is no danger to the patients. The color of the water reveals the toxins that are being drawn out.

Jewelry
The Jewelry I make, are for all intents and purpose, Healing Jewelry. When I start on a piece(s). I burn incense, playing meditation or joyful music. As I am creating the piece, I am going within and infusing Love to each unique piece. I do not work with a lot of metals. I use natural stones. Some rough unaltered, some faceted, some shaped. I use mostly silk cords. Each piece is unique. I will also bring stones to your home, so we can create that which you feel in YOU. Together we can create what YOU want, or a drawn to.

Readings
I do readings, as I am guided. I interpret that which I see, feel or hear. Many times , what I may be seeing or hearing , may be symbolic. During a reading, I only share that which I am guided to share.

I may share a part of my own personal story, because it may be relevant, to a lesson you are experiencing. Much like an Alcoholic may view their sponsor's guidance in a different light. Because the sponsor may be a recovering alcoholic themselves.

I often encourage others, DO NOT MAKE IT FIT!! I have found that sometimes, people are so desperate to find help or guidance, they will take any message, and make it true. I discourage this. If they aren’t sure, keep it in the back of their mind, because it may become clearer down the road. I warn against blindly following others. Follow your heart Always. Not your emotions, but, the LOVE within your heart.

I can not stress enough, that life and the future is very fluid. Meaning that, the future changes with the choices we make. 1 of the greatest gifts we all have, "FREE WILL". What I always share about readings is that, the readings are based on the direction of how Your Life, and the lives of those involved in the events, is going, at the time of the Reading. If you start making different choices after the reading, it may change the course of how future events unfold. If you were told , you were going to meet an incredible partner that you will live with happily ever after. You may have done your "work" to be the incredible partner, for the other. However , if the other soul's life changed , because of choices or other life event changes. They may not be where you 2 will come together , and create the Magical Partnership that was predicted. Or the partnership, may be a little more difficult, than was predicted. Choices we all make, change the future.

Coaching/ Counseling
        I am a Certified Mind Body Spirit Practitioner. I have been taught by incredibly Loving, Genuine, Teachers, Sunny Dawn Johnston and the Sunlight Healing Alliance and a few others. I have developed many tools, attending their workshops. But, also by attending their Intensive MBS workshop, and Healing retreats.
      Through the teachings of others and my own lessons and experiences with others. I do not use the hard truth methodology. I use kindness. Some people respond to brutal Truth. I choose to use kindness. Honesty above all else, but, I choose to share with kindness. To learn to truly accept responsibility, for our choices. Being honest and responsible is important. However, some souls have experienced injuries, that have left them very sensitive. I find it helps , to reach them through kindness.

I prefer to do phone sessions after 1 in person session. I encourage the "co worker" to feel the connection in person. I always encourage a strong connection between Healers. Yes, my belief is You are your OWN Greatest Healer. I can help provide a spark, but, it is your Flame that will Illuminate Your Truth !!

House Clearing/blessing and sealing
      Your home has it’s own energy. It can also have a multitude of various energies based on those who reside there, currently or in the past. Sometimes , you can actually feel the different energies. Sometimes, we have no idea, that we have a negative or mischievous energy in our home. These energies, can influence the behavior of those in the dwelling. How many times have you entered an environment, dwelling and felt uncomfortable? You may be feeling the energy, in the dwelling or environment. Energies can enter your home on their own, or attached to someone(s) who enters your home. When an energy enters attached to an individual, it may not leave with the same individual, or at all. It may feel it wishes to stay for any number of reasons.

      Someone who resides in the home, must handwrite, Psalm 91, and place it over every doorway Threshold. Declaring it is protected, and claiming it a space of God. Protected by the Divine and Arch Angel Michael.

       Once your house has been cleared and sealed. Someone , who enters your home afterwards, may not feel comfortable, while in your home. The energy that was attached to them, will not cross the threshold of any entrance, that has been sealed. I recommend a House clearing , for houses waiting to be sold. It prepares the home for a new start, and new family.

Essential Oils

I use Essential Oils for a number of different reasons. I have made several different blend to help with Allergies, sleeplessness,

grounding and energy shifting, as I am guided. I make custom blends as I am guided. I use water and hand lotion cream as a medium.

Hand Reflexology

Hand Reflexology is based acupressure points within the hand and fingers.
